Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Service Advisor in the UAE to bridge customers and the brand. You will manage relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to revenue through upselling and accurate service delivery.

You will build loyalty, consult on service needs, explain work and costs at handover, handle complaints to achieve high satisfaction, and coordinate with the workshop to keep promises of on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of automotive service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English; basic Arabic speaking ability.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
• Consult on needs and service requirements, ensuring first-time correct fixes.
• Explain work performed and costs at vehicle handover to show value.
• Manage complaints to satisfactory closure and improve NPS.
• Coordinate with Production Team for timely progress and on-time delivery.
• Upsell services to achieve monthly revenue targets while following SOPs.
