The role emphasizes upselling while adhering to SOPs, working with Reception, Aftersales, and workshop teams to hit monthly targets. Strong English and basic Arabic are preferred; MS Office and SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in automotive service.
• Experience with customer handling and upselling.
• MS Office and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Fluent English with basic Arabic kommunication.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Effectively manage customer complaints to satisfactory closure to sustain CS value and NPS.
• Inform customers about progress updates and maintain on-time delivery commitments.
• Explain work performed and costs to customers to demonstrate value addition.
• Upsell and discount control to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Reception Managers, Aftersales Managers, and Workshop Teams for seamless service.
