Job summary

CNX Resources Corporation in the UAE seeks an experienced Sales Manager to accelerate new business growth by positioning our portfolio of consulting, CX, technology, digital transformation and managed services solutions.

You will identify opportunities, build a strong pipeline, manage end-to-end deals from qualification to signature, and establish senior relationships across the UAE market, including cross‑functional collaboration with product, delivery and finance to win complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales leadership or business development.
• Experience managing complex B2B deals in technology/services.
• Arabic language capability would be an advantage for UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Develop new customer relationships while identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Achieve bookings, revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop account and pursuit strategies for priority clients and sectors.
