Job summary

THE TEAM BUILDERS in the UAE is seeking a Sales Engineer to deliver technical solutions and exceed client expectations across MEP and infrastructure sectors. You will identify opportunities, engage with consultants, contractors and developers, and drive business growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years UAE B2B sales experience, and a UAE driving license. Strong English communication is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in B2B sales, preferably in PVC/UPVC manufacturing sectors.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across MEP and infrastructure sectors.
• Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
• Achieve sales targets and report market feedback to the management.
