Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Dubai seeks an experienced sales professional to manage key accounts and drive new business in the UAE. You will negotiate favorable terms, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships to meet revenue targets.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering background, 3-5 years in the industry, and fluency in English and Arabic. A UAE driving license is essential, and the position is based on-site in Dubai with strong market exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 3-5 years experience in the same industry.
• Excellent market knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Meet the budget set for Incoming Orders Invoicing and Contribution Margin.
• Support collection team for payment collection.
• Generate and develop proper inquiries to produce clear quotations for clients.
• Follow-up on issued quotations and negotiate to convert to orders.
• Monitor new and open sales orders including approval document-tracking and other requirements.
• Hand over documents/information to internal departments for smooth delivery and project execution.
• Coordinate sales with other departments to ensure orders taken.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and prospects to generate new business.
• Study existing and potential dealer volume to focus sales efforts.
• Expedite resolution of customer requirements, problems and complaints.
• Respond to customer complaints on time.
• Analyze market potential and value of clients.
• Plan and organize personal sales strategy to maximize ROI.
• Submit weekly/monthly activities and territory analyses to management.
• Register visits/calls/leads/opportunities and every sales activity in CRM.
• Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
• Submit required reports to management on forecast, budget, and market information.
