Job summary

DECA PROPERTIES is seeking dynamic Relationship Managers to join our growing real estate sales team in Dubai. We require professionals actively engaged in the UAE market with a strong background working directly with developers.

You will build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies, promote projects, and generate leads through a broad agency network. Fluency in English is required; Russian, Chinese, or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a real estate developer.
• Active UAE real estate market participation and strong agency network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Russian, Chinese, or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners.
• Promote DECA PROPERTIES' projects to brokers, agencies, and potential clients.
• Generate sales leads through an active agency network.
• Conduct project presentations and provide accurate information on available inventory, pricing, and payment plans.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to support deal closures.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with agency partners to drive consistent sales performance.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, launches, events, and broker briefings.
