Job summary

Atara Development invites a results-driven Real Estate Development Relationship Manager to lead premium off-plan residential sales in Dubai. You will engage high-net-worth clients, present projects, and drive deal closures while collaborating with marketing and development teams.

Requirements include 2+ years in Dubai real estate development sales, an established network of 150+ agencies, fluent English plus another language, a valid UAE driving license, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales.
• Proven track record in selling off-plan properties.
• Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Available for immediate joining or short notice.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projects.
• Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold client consultations.
• Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brokers for long-term partnerships.
