Job summary

DECA Properties in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our growing team and drive performance across all projects. You will build agency relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and guide a high-achieving sales force to meet ambitious targets.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of developer-side real estate experience, a proven track record, and a robust network of brokers. Off-plan experience is a plus, and incentives accompany a competitive package.

Requirements:
