Job summary

Synrapay, a tech-driven Payment Service Provider (PSP), is seeking a target-driven Business Development Manager to lead new merchant acquisition across the UAE. This hunter role requires strong local market knowledge and a proven payments sales track record.

In this role you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build a robust pipeline through networking and referrals, and coordinate with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure smooth merchant go-live.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven sales experience in a payment company/PSP in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the local UAE payments and ecommerce market.
• Track record of hitting sales targets.
• Ecommerce sales domain knowledge.
• Self-driven, hungry for business.

Responsibilities

• Drive new merchant acquisition and revenue growth for Synrapay's payment solutions
• Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
• Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (new sign-ups, transaction volume, revenue)
• Build a strong pipeline via networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Coordinate with onboarding/compliance teams for smooth merchant go-live

Skills
