Constant is hiring a Business Development Representative in Dubai to drive outbound sourcing and partner outreach for cross-border payments and related infrastructure.

You will identify potential customers across PSPs, fintechs, FX firms, and global exporters, qualify opportunities, and move them through early sales stages while maintaining accurate CRM records and market intelligence across MENA, Europe, Africa, APAC, and the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience or strong interest in fintech, payments, banking, FX, stablecoins, crypto, or B2B technology.
• Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or customer acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to confidently communicate with founders, executives, finance teams, and payment professionals.
• Ability to research companies and identify the right decision-makers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience using a CRM or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Curiosity about global payments and concepts such as PSPs, payment rails, APIs, FX, treasury, USDC/USDT, and settlement.

Responsabilités

• Identify and source potential customers across PSPs, fintechs, FX companies, trading firms, importers/exporters, and other businesses moving money globally.
• Identify and engage decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Payments, Treasury, and Partnerships.
• Conduct targeted outbound outreach through different medias, email, calls, and other channels.
• Qualify prospects based on payment volume, currencies, corridors, existing providers, settlement requirements, and business needs.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations and identify where CONSTANT can provide value.
• Introduce prospects to CONSTANT's global accounts, cross-border payments, FX, stablecoin settlement, and embedded payment infrastructure.
• Present qualified opportunities to the founder for further discovery, product discussions, and closing.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
