Le Chene in Dubai is seeking a high-energy Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition for a leading digital payments platform across the UAE. You will identify merchants, conduct field visits, and present payment solutions including POS, softPOS, gateways, and payment links.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of direct field or B2B sales in UAE, is target-driven, fluent in English, with a UAE driving license preferred; strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential for

Formación

• 1–3 years of direct field sales or business development experience in payment acquiring, POS sales, e-commerce solutions, or high-volume B2B field sales in UAE
• Strong understanding of local merchant needs, acquiring solutions, and digital payment trends
• Target-driven, self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-execution environment
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
• Fluency in English is required; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and onboard retail, F&B, e-commerce, and service merchants for digital payment solutions (POS terminals, softPOS, online payment gateways, and payment links)
• Conduct daily field visits, cold outreach, and client meetings with business owners and decision-makers
• Present tailored payment solution packages, present commercial pricing, and negotiate terms to secure signing
• Manage the full sales workflow from initial pitch and document collection to merchant account onboarding and terminal deployment
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new active merchant acquisitions and transaction volume growth
