Job summary

UPay Technology LTD. in Dubai is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive merchant acquisition for UPB Acquiring and Crypto Payment solutions.

You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, build partnerships with local PSPs and payment channels, and serve as the main liaison for key merchants to ensure smooth integration and optimized payment experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid B2B sales/BD experience in Payments, Acquiring, PSP, or Crypto Payment/Fintech sectors.
• Strong existing network and resources in target industries.
• Proven ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives (Heads of Payment or Finance Directors).

Requirements:

• Business-level proficiency in English.
