Job summary

WhiteBIT is expanding its presence in the UAE and seeks an Operations Manager to design and maintain our UAE operating model, SOPs, controls, and escalation procedures. You will coordinate licensing readiness with VARA, manage onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and settlements, and ensure strong controls across client ledgers and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ operations experience in fintech, crypto exchange, or regulated financial-services business.
• Hands-on experience with settlements, reconciliations, and cash or asset movements.
• Understanding of virtual-asset lifecycles, wallets, custody, and on/off-ramp processes.
• Experience developing SOPs, control frameworks, and auditable records.
• UAE-regulated financial-services experience; VARA exposure is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain WhiteBIT UAE’s operating model, SOPs, controls, and SLAs.
• Coordinate readiness for VARA licensing and market launch, including testing and remediation.
• Manage end-to-end client operations: onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, settlements, and queries.
