Job summary

WhiteBIT UAE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to design and oversee client operations, settlement processes, and regulatory-ready workflows. You will coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Product, Technology, Legal and external partners, ensuring robust controls and auditable records.

The role requires UAE-regulated financial services exposure, strong analytical skills and leadership in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

Minimum five years’ operations experience in crypto exchange or regulated financial services.
Experience designing SOPs, control frameworks, and auditable records.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, wallets, and on/off-ramp processes.
UAE-regulated financial-services exposure and VARA familiarity preferred.
Proven ability to coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Product, Technology and external providers.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain WhiteBIT UAE operating model, SOPs and SLAs.
Coordinate readiness for VARA licensing and market launch testing.
Manage end-to-end client operations including onboarding, deposits, withdrawals and settlements.
Oversee daily controls across ledgers, banks, custodians and wallets.
Maintain client money and asset safeguards, with audit trails.
Coordinate workflows with banks, custodians and payment partners.
Own incident management with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Compliance on KYC/EDD, monitoring and regulatory requests.
Work with Finance on treasury operations and month-end controls.
Provide regular management reporting on service levels and volumes.
