Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced compliance leader to establish and oversee its Global Compliance Operations function in the UAE. The role focuses on building an operating framework that translates regulatory licences into practical controls and sustainable business processes, ensuring regulatory commitments are embedded before go-live.

You will work closely with Licensing, Legal, Product and regional teams to ensure every licensed entity launches with strong operational controls and remains

Qualifications

• Experience leading regulatory operations or compliance programmes in financial services, fintech or digital assets.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable operating procedures and governance.
• Strong ability to coordinate across Licensing, Legal, Product and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational implementation of regulatory licences across all entities.
• Develop and maintain compliance operating frameworks, SOPs and governance processes.
• Standardise documentation and methodologies across jurisdictions.
• Oversee regulatory obligations with governance, tracking and escalation mechanisms.
• Identify gaps between regulatory requirements and business practices and drive remediation.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Legal, Product, Technology, Operations and regional teams.
• Provide senior management with regular progress reports on implementation and risks.
• Lead and develop the Compliance Operations team and drive continuous improvement.
