Job summary

Elliot Scott Group is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for UAE-based MRO products and consumables. The role is field-based in the UAE, full-time, and focuses on driving B2B sales into manufacturing, packaging, utilities, and process industries.

Responsibilities include prospecting, site visits, quotes, bids, and maintaining accurate forecasts. The candidate should have strong UAE contacts, an engineering background, and fluency in English, with Arabic an advantage.

Qualifications

• 35 years of direct B2B field sales experience in the UAE.
• Established contacts within manufacturing / process industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing B2B accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct client visits site surveys demos and trials.
• Prepare quotations BOQs proposals and tenders.
• Negotiate pricing and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate sales forecasts.
