Murphy AI in Dubai is seeking a founder-level leader to launch our AI-powered debt-collection platform in the UAE. You will open the market, build the pipeline with banks and lenders, and establish initial commercial terms.

You’ll own the relationship with key partners, run discovery, and help shape a scalable go-to-market. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-growth startup from the ground up in a strategic region.

Qualifications

• Non-technical founder or head of sales with a track record of starting from nothing and closing deals.
• Sold complex products, ideally to banks or in regulated environments.
• Sharp, autonomous, fast, operationally relentless and quick to master new domains.

Responsibilities

• Open the UAE market: identify banks, lenders, and collection agencies and drive pipeline.
• Unlock mid-market: test GTM motions and contribute to scalable playbooks.
• Learn the domain quickly: collections operations, systems, and local regulations.
• Win the deal: run discovery, shape terms, negotiate, close.
• Own the relationship: be the point of contact for Heads of Collections.
• Lead a pod of engineers to wire Murphy in and deploy live calls.
• Own the P&L: treat the market as your own business.
