Murphy AI, a Dubai-based startup, deploys voice AI agents that help banks collect debts and improve recovery rates. We are seeking a Product Manager to own a core Murphy component end to end, like a founder, combining vision with technical execution.

You’ll drive strategy, roadmap and delivery, prototype AI-based solutions, and collaborate with engineers and data scientists to turn services into scalable products for a growing market. Hybrid work and equity upside await the right builder.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end products and driving outcomes.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into a clear plan and maintain high quality under speed.
• Strong technical foundation with daily interaction with AI/ML concepts.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, execution, launch and iteration.
• Improve voice AI efficiency through experiments on voice, cadence and script.
• Prototype and wire agents into the product using AI to accelerate delivery.
• Turn services into scalable product offerings for banks and other industries.
• Lead engineers and data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions.
