Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to guide end-to-end last-mile operations for a new Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment service. You will drive performance, coach riders, and ensure safety and efficiency across multiple small sites in a fast-evolving environment.

Fluent English, strong data analytics, and advanced Excel (VBA) skills are required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Experience in data analysis, with ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decisions.
• Advanced Excel with VBA/macros.

Responsibilities

• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for a combination of small sites. Supervising Last mile operations
• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
