Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking an Executive in Logistics Operations to support last-mile delivery and variable programs in Dubai. You will investigate operational issues, coordinate resolutions, manage payments, raise purchase orders, and analyze large data sets to safeguard service quality across the network.

The role requires strong Excel and data-analysis skills, experience in logistics or procurement, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written, spoken, reading).
• Experience supporting logistics, delivery operations, procurement or program coordination.
• Strong Excel skills for reviewing large data sets and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and program support across Amazon's last-mile delivery network.
• Monitor callouts, exceptions, risks; investigate or intervene as needed.
• Investigate issues using data, records, dashboards, and feedback.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Escalate off-plan situations promptly and track actions to closure.
• Coordinate with Operations and Program teams to reduce disruption.
• Liaise between internal departments, partners, vendors and stakeholders.
• Balance partner needs with operating standards and commercial goals.
• Gather insights and turn them into program improvement recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end payment processes with partners and vendors.
• Verify payment requests have approvals, records, and docs.
• Raise purchase orders accurately; track status and corrections.
• Collaborate with Finance/Procurement/Accounts Payable to resolve issues.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and mismatched records; maintain trackers.
• Analyze large datasets across tools and dashboards; review payment status.
• Prepare clear reports and stakeholder communications; ensure documentation.
