Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for multiple sites and supervise last mile operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and safety.
• Lead performance management and training plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and achieve higher performance.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
