Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end last mile operations for a mix of small sites.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and safety.
• Drive performance management and training plans for the team and DSP partners.
• Collaborate with DSP to improve operations and performance.
• Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits daily.
