Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UAE marketplaces (Amazon, Noon).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with VAT invoicing and UAE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace channel management in UAE; manage listings and sales on platforms like Amazon and Noon.
• Create and maintain detailed IT product listings; upload Arabic and English content; ensure accurate specs and warranties.
• Monitor pricing aligned to market; adjust for import costs and currency fluctuations; coordinate for B2B pricing.
• Coordinate inventory and supply chain with warehouse/JAFZA; sync stock across ERP and online platforms.
• Oversee order processing and fulfillment; coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery in UAE and GCC.
• Produce sales performance reports; track KPIs; identify high-demand IT categories.
