Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Business Development Executive focused on residential fit-out and renovation in the UAE. The role involves building and managing a personal pipeline, contacting potential clients, and driving opportunities from outreach to closing.

You will proactively pursue villa, apartment and interior renovation projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and the in-house team to convert leads into contracts. UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Independently identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build residential fit-out/renovation project pipelines in the UAE.
• Experience in UAE fit-out, renovation, construction, interiors, flooring or related contracting.

Responsibilities

• Independently identifying and generating new business opportunities.
• Finding residential clients and potential projects.
• Making outbound calls and approaching potential customers.
• Building relationships with villa owners, property owners, consultants, agents and other relevant contacts.
• Developing new lead sources and referral networks.
• Understanding basic client requirements and project scope.
• Qualifying leads and identifying genuine project opportunities.
• Arranging and coordinating site visits.
• Coordinating with the technical team for site visits and quotations.
• Following up on quotations consistently.
• Negotiating with clients and handling commercial discussions.
• Converting leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintaining an organized sales/lead pipeline.
• Tracking every opportunity from initial contact through closing.
• Developing repeatable sources of residential projects.
• Maintaining strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
