Job summary

ELE Interior Design is seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to lead revenue generation and win new interior design projects across the UAE. You will develop strategic sales plans, manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract, and negotiate terms with developers, architects, and corporate clients, coordinating with design teams for accurate proposals.

Qualifications

• Arabic-speaking professional with UAE market knowledge.
• Extensive UAE interior design and fit-out sector experience.
• Proven track record of winning high-value projects.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
• Established network of developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPI requirements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and qualified leads within the UAE market.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize company revenue and market visibility.
• Lead commercial negotiations related to project fees, payment terms, and contract agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract finalization.
• Oversee CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Coordinate with design and management teams to ensure accurate project scoping and proposals.
