Job summary

Jobtailor in the UAE seeks an experienced immigration operations professional to manage case administration, data collection, and documentation review. You will coordinate with Global Mobility, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, and benefits teams to ensure timely processing and compliance.

The role requires fluent Arabic and strong English, with a focus on Emiratization alignment, data accuracy, and proactive follow-up across government interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Proven UAE immigration, mobility, or HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA frameworks.
• Experience with Nafis job boards and HR systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Arabic; good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage UAE immigration operations through coordination, case administration, data collection, documentation review, and timely follow-up.
• Support in-country immigration processing by validating data, approvals, employee documentation, and submission timelines.
• Coordinate with Global Mobility & Immigration, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, employees, and immigration providers.
• Support Emiratization hiring alignment across UAE entities.
• Review and validate contracts, salary details, job titles, employment terms, and immigration documentation.
• Monitor immigration case progress, government notifications, timelines, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
• Follow up on missing documentation, approvals, UAE Pass actions, e-signatures, medicals, biometrics, government queries, and ministry communications.
• Coordinate across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and immigration providers, escalating delays, risks, exceptions, and complex matters.
• Serve as day-to-day operational contact for the immigration provider.
• Liaise with UAE authorities including MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA on filings, compliance, inspections, and site visits.
• Support policy governance, escalation channels, case tracking, and employee queries.
• Support EMEA personnel administration, employee data updates, documentation maintenance, and HR systems.
• Support broader EMEA HR Services case management and timely inquiry resolution.
