Job summary

Amazon UAE Immigration Team in Dubai is seeking a UAE Immigration Associate to support the growing team and manage coordination of immigration services for sponsored employees and candidates across the UAE.

You will handle end-to-end filings, work with Immigration Specialists and PROs, maintain case trackers, and ensure compliance with UAE laws. A high-volume caseload and cross-functional collaboration with HR, legal, and government authorities are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources.
• Experience with customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Filing and executing immigration cases, coordinating between specialists and PROs.
• Plan and track tasks as part of the immigration process.
• Maintain up-to-date case trackers and employee database.
• Coordinate document collection and draft materials for review and signature.
