Job summary

CHANGAN Automobile seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end visa and compliance processes in Dubai Free Zones and Mainland, ensuring zero compliance risks. The role includes payroll administration and accurate monthly attendance reconciliation, with strict confidentiality of salary data.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of UAE HR experience, fluent English, and preferred Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, law, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in UAE with visa/immigration and payroll experience.
• Familiar with local labor laws and visa/work permit regulations.
• Confidentiality regarding employee salary data and personal identity documents.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Visa & Compliance Management: manage the full lifecycle of employee visa processes across Dubai Free Zones and Mainland procedures.
• Payroll Administration: process and verify payroll calculations and adjustments.
• Reconcile and output accurate monthly attendance data as required.
