Qualifications

• MBA required; postgraduate HR qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar HR Manager role within UAE.
• Experience with UAE free zones (SAIF Zone) desirable.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR practices and processes.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and SAIF Zone regulations; visa/work permits.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
• Lead performance management cycles and training initiatives.
• Administer payroll, benefits and leave management.
