Job summary

CHANGAN Automobile seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end visa and compliance processes in Dubai Free Zones and Mainland, ensuring zero compliance risks. The role includes payroll administration and accurate monthly attendance reconciliation, with strict confidentiality of salary data.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of UAE HR experience, fluent English, and preferred Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Visa & Compliance Management:Manage and independently execute the full lifecycle of employee visa processes across various Dubai Free Zones, with a comprehensive understanding of Mainland application procedures (including new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes). Proactively monitor visa expiration timelines and consult with supervisors in a timely manner to initiate either the renewal or cancellation workflow, ensuring zero compliance risks.
• Payroll Administration:Process and verify payroll calculations, ensuring accurate compensation adjustments.
• Proven ability to reconcile and output accurate monthly attendance data whenever required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, law, business administration, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of professional HR experience in UAE, with hands‑on experience in visa/immigration processes and payroll administration;
• Familiar with local labor laws and visa/work permit regulations (e.g., labor office, immigration department procedures);
• Strong awareness of confidentiality regarding employee salary data and personal identity documents;
• Excellent written and spoken English is required;
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese is preferred;
