Meraki Global in Dubai seeks an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and attendance management. You will manage recruitment for all roles, maintain HR records, and coordinate with PRO/admin for visas and Emirates IDs, while supporting payroll inputs and policy development.

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory for this role.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably with a Dubai-based real estate developer/property development company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Hands‑on experience in HRMS/HRIS.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in employee relations and grievance handling.
• Good knowledge of UAE visa, work permit, and employee documentation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English + Hindi speaking is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions.
• Manage attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR reports.
• Coordinate with PRO/admin teams for visa, Emirates ID, work permit, and other employee-related requirements.
• Support payroll inputs, overtime, leave salary, and other HR-related payroll processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower reports, headcount reports, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate employee performance appraisal and probation confirmation processes.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain proper personnel files and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
