Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Generalist (Russian speaker) to lead end-to-end HR operations, ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, oversee payroll, and support employee relations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The role requires 4–5 years UAE HR experience, fluency in Russian and English, and hands-on knowledge of HRIS platforms. You will manage onboarding, contracts, leave, visas with PRO, and contribute to people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of UAE HR Generalist/HR Specialist experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll processes (WPS, gratuity).
• Experience with HRIS such as Bayzat, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle.
• Fluent English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Administration: manage full lifecycle, onboarding, probation, offboarding, records, HRIS data, leaves, attendance, benefits.
• Payroll & Compensation Administration: coordinate monthly payroll, keep records, ensure WPS compliance, end-of-service gratuity, liaise with Finance.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: primary point of contact, handle grievances, advise managers, coordinate engagement activities.
• HR Reporting & Process Improvement: maintain HR metrics, audit-ready docs, streamline processes, support recruitments.
