Tiger Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Specialist based in Dubai to manage daily HR operations and support the HR Manager. The role requires strong UAE labour law knowledge, excellent Arabic and English communication, and the ability to handle confidential HR matters with discretion.

Responsibilities include attendance and leave management, payroll inputs, policy development, and reporting. Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (including Odoo) is preferred.

Formación

• Must be a native Arabic speaker.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
• Experience with attendance, leave, contracts, payroll, and end-of-service calculations.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR management systems.
• Odoo HR experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily HR operations, including employee attendance, leave management, employment contracts, and personnel records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee data updates, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, workflows, and internal documentation.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Prepare concise management reports, presentations, and HR analyses.
• Track HR priorities, deadlines, and outstanding tasks while providing confidential administrative support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
• Use Excel and HR systems to monitor employee data, prepare reports, and improve efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and internal procedures.
