Job summary

Sharaf Shipping Agency (SSA) is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the employee lifecycle from offer to exit for entities in Dubai. The role covers onboarding, visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and induction, as well as offboarding, final settlements, and exit interviews.

You will maintain personnel records in SAP SuccessFactors and ensure MOHRE, WPS, and immigration compliance under UAE Labour Law.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Direct experience with MOHRE, WPS, and immigration processes.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and end‑of‑service gratuity calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, including offer letters, MOHRE work permits, visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and induction.
• Handle offboarding, employee clearance, final settlements, end‑of‑service gratuity, contract and visa cancellations, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for hires, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Manage MOHRE, WPS, and immigration compliance in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
