Job summary

SEE Engineering is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR operations across the company and its group entities in the UAE. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, visa coordination, and employee records, ensuring UAE Labour Law compliance and IMS.

You will handle payroll inputs for WPS, benefits administration, employee relations, performance cycles, training, offboarding, and HR reporting. A professional corporate image and ability to work with a diverse workforce are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 3–5 years generalist HR experience, UAE preferred.
• Experience in construction/engineering contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening and interview coordination.
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, and orientation for new joiners.
• Coordinate visas, Emirates ID, MOHRE, and other immigration processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs for WPS.
• Administer benefits and handle employee relations, grievances, and discipline.
