Job summary

Sharaf Shipping Agency Co. in the UAE seeks an HR Generalist to own the employee lifecycle from offer to exit for assigned entities. You will manage onboarding, visa processing, and day-1 induction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires up-to-date UAE Labour Law knowledge, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), MOHRE and WPS compliance, and strong Excel skills. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure accurate HR records and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) experience.
• Direct experience with MOHRE, WPS and immigration processes.
• Strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, including EOS gratuity calculation.
• Advanced Excel; fluent English (Arabic a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; CIPD Level 5, SHRM-CP preferred.
• Shipping, logistics or multi-entity group experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding end to end: offer letters, MOHRE work permits, visa stamping, medicals, Emirates ID and Day-1 induction.
• Manage offboarding: clearance, final settlement and EOS gratuity, contract and visa cancellation, exit interviews.
• Keep Employee Central in SAP SuccessFactors accurate for every hire, transfer, promotion and exit.
• Handle MOHRE, WPS and immigration compliance under UAE Labour Law.
• Run day-to-day HR operations: HR letters, leave and attendance, payroll inputs, MIS and audit support.
