Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of corporate HR experience, with strong English and MS Office skills, and a high level of integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD desirable.
• Diversity industry experience, fast-paced environments a plus.
• Local nationals preferred to align with regional labor laws.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong HR software and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion with sensitive information and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee recruitment: job postings, interviews, onboarding for smooth transitions.
• Manage employee relations: address grievances, investigations, conflict resolution.
• Administer benefits programs: enrollment and communications.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in performance management: objectives, evaluations, feedback.
• Support payroll by ensuring timesheet accuracy and data integrity.
• Implement and monitor workplace safety programs for a safe environment.
