Job summary

Nuraya Collection in the UAE seeks an experienced Group HR Manager to oversee HR operations across our UAE-based companies, ensuring robust recruitment, onboarding, contracts, visas, health insurance, and compliance with UAE labour laws.

You will collaborate with free zones and providers, manage probation, performance reviews, leave, renewals, and off-boarding, and maintain accurate records and policies while supporting managers on employee relations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience working in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and employment compliance.
• Extensive experience with UAE recruitment and hiring.
• Hands-on experience managing visas, onboarding, contracts, and employee records.
• Confident working with free zones and government-related HR processes.
• Highly organized, sharp, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.
• Experience managing HR across multiple companies or business units is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and hiring across UAE-based roles
• Oversee onboarding, employment contracts, visas, health insurance, and employee documentation
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and employment requirements
• Work directly with free zones and external providers on HR and visa matters
• Manage probation, performance processes, leave, renewals, and off-boarding
• Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance systems
• Support managers with employee relations and HR issues
