You will lead the UAE Country Leadership Board, shape objectives and budgets, strengthen executive and government relationships, and transform Cisco's go-to-market with a services-and-solutions mindset, elevating customer value and market share while promoting a premier workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale tech sales organizations.
• Executive-level accountability for P&L and sales quotas.
• Experience selling B2B enterprise tech to public and private sectors in UAE.
• Experience building or managing software and services businesses.
• Relevant IT or business management educational background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Country leadership team to define strategic objectives and budgets addressing client demand and problems.
• Drive sales motion and forecast accuracy for consistent bookings growth across Cisco portfolio.
• Institute end-to-end sales methodologies to improve funnel reliability and lead gen efficiency.
• Cultivate government and executive relationships to identify new revenue streams and grow market share.
• Lead the UAE Country Leadership Board to champion employee engagement and a premier workplace culture.
