Job summary

Cisco is seeking a General Manager for the UAE to drive go-to-market strategy, orchestrate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, and deliver sustained growth and operational excellence across the region.

You will lead the UAE Country Leadership Team, shape objectives and budgets, improve forecast accuracy, build government and executive relationships, and champion a culture of collaboration and customer-centric value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale sales organizations in technology.
• Executive-level P&L ownership with a large sales quota.
• Experience selling B2B enterprise tech to UAE public and private sectors.
• Proven track record building or managing software and services businesses.
• Relevant IT or business management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Country leadership team to define strategic objectives and budgets.
• Drive overall sales motion and forecast accuracy for bookings growth.
• Lead operational excellence with end-to-end sales methodologies to improve funnel reliability and lead generation efficiency.
• Cultivate government and executive relationships to identify new revenue streams.
• Lead UAE Country Leadership Board to champion employee engagement and compliance.
