Job summary

LINKVIVA is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to own the full revenue lifecycle across the UAE and GCC. This newly created C-suite role will integrate and elevate the commercial function, leading senior government and corporate relationships and expanding the Saudi presence.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape growth strategy, and drive enterprise partnerships with a founder-minded, co-equal leadership style.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership with full P&L ownership.
• Proven track record in enterprise BD and C-level relationships.
• Experience building/leading a new, scalable commercial function.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial engine end to end: Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, Sponsorship, Strategy and Pitch.
• Set and drive the regional commercial strategy for the UAE and GCC.
• Own pricing, forecasting, margin and P&L accountability.
