Job summary

Aeronex Prime Logistics LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a proactive freight forwarding sales professional to expand the UAE market and grow the company’s customer base. You will identify opportunities, present solutions, and manage end-to-end relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities include introducing Aeronex Air Sea Road Freight offerings, visiting customers, preparing quotes, and driving revenue growth while coordinating with service teams for smooth shipments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years UAE experience in freight forwarding / logistics sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics products.
• Proficient in Air, Sea and Road Freight.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate UAE leads.
• Identify and acquire customers across industry sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote Air Sea Road Freight solutions.
• Conduct customer visits and sales presentations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and opportunities to convert into business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross-profit targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for increasing business volumes.
