Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a UAE-based Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities within the UAE market. You will identify customers, present logistics solutions, and close deals to meet monthly and annual targets.

Maintain CRM data and build long-term relationships with clients across air, sea, and road freight sectors. Qualifications include at least 2 years UAE experience in freight forwarding, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.
• Bachelor's degree / Graduate qualification is required.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics products.
• Good understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight and Road Freight.
• Proven ability to generate new business and acquire customers.
• Existing customer network / book of business will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the UAE logistics and freight forwarding market.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads within the UAE market.
• Identify and acquire new customers across various industry sectors.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Promote Aeronex's Air, Sea, Road Freight and other logistics solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, sales presentations and regular business reviews.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and opportunities to convert them into business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales and gross-profit targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for increasing business volumes.
