Total Freight International in Dubai is expanding its UAE footprint and seeks a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive commercial growth across General Cargo, DG, OOG and Cold-Chain Pharma Logistics.

You will identify and manage strategic accounts, negotiate rates, and ensure GDP-compliant solutions while coordinating with operations and compliance to deliver flawless service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of freight forwarding sales experience in the UAE
• Knowledge of air/sea freight, general cargo, and DG handling
• GDP and cold-chain pharma logistics experience is a plus
• Proven track record in meeting revenue and gross margin targets
• Strong negotiation and client presentation skills

Responsabilités

• Identify and convert new B2B opportunities across UAE logistics market
• Deliver GDP-compliant transport solutions for temperature-sensitive cargo
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and partners for compelling proposals
• Manage strategic accounts and drive revenue growth
• Maintain pipeline visibility and reporting to meet targets
