Job summary

GCC Cargo Service LLC in Dubai is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive freight forwarding sales across air, sea and road options. You will develop new business, qualify leads, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and build long-term relationships with customers while coordinating with pricing and operations to deliver timely service.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. This full-time, on-site role offers a monthly salary between AED 3,000 and 4,000, with growth

Qualifications

Experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
Knowledge of UAE logistics market and shipping processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and generate qualified leads for air, sea and road freight services.
Understand customers’ cargo, routes and service requirements and prepare suitable quotations.
Follow up enquiries, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into long-term accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely service.
Maintain sales activity, pipeline and customer records and work toward agreed targets.
