Al Futtaim Logistics in the UAE seeks an Air Freight Manager to drive growth and profitability across Air Freight Management, Multimodal and Special Logistics, with emphasis on Pharma Logistics and Oil & Gas verticals.

You will lead a team, engage key customers, oversee operations and financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with senior management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Air Freight industry.
• Expertise in air freight operations management, procurement & pricing, tender management, and MIS reporting.
• Strong customer-centric approach and compliance culture.

Responsabilités

• Full ownership of business unit operations, financial performance, assets, and risk management.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers, authorities, and senior management.
• Drive growth in Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Pharma, and Air Freight across UAE and GCC.
• Ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration for operational excellence.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to optimize supply chain costs and service levels.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, KPI reporting, and SLA setting to achieve targets.
• Lead HR development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to international freight regulations and AEO standards.
• Manage rate negotiations and maintain key customer relationships.
