The role demands fluency in English and Arabic, strategic planning, and a proven ability to close deals while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and build long-term executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire and life safety or a similar industry.
• Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
• Proven track record across the full sales process: identify opportunities, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build executive-level relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in the UAE.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners across the region.
• Pursue new business opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
