Job summary

Ajax Systems in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the UAE market, focusing on fire and life safety solutions. You will identify opportunities, build proposals, negotiate deals, and close major accounts.

You will develop regional strategies, onboard partners, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge security solutions while engaging executives in a bilingual English/Arabic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fire and life safety or related field.
• Sales experience in UAE, ideally from Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire systems.
• Proven track record across identifying opportunities, proposals, negotiations and closing deals.
• Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage executives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of latest technologies in electronic security (cloud, IoT).
• Combination of technical knowledge, sales expertise and strong communication skills.
• Conversational English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement UAE strategic business development plans.
• Onboard new partners across the region to ensure market coverage.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Analyze market data to craft effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
