Job summary

Ajax Systems, an international tech company and Europe’s leading security systems manufacturer, seeks a senior Sales Manager to drive UAE growth from Dubai. Lead key accounts, develop proposals, and close deals across access control, video surveillance and cloud-based solutions.

Requires 5+ years in electronic security sales in the UAE, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. Join a dynamic team with a zero-bullshit culture and ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Business and Sales Management in the electronic security industry (Dubai, UAE).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing proposals, presentations, and negotiating and closing deals.
• Knowledge of electronic security systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop and implement a UAE-focused strategic business development plan.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners across the region.
• Pursue opportunities aligned with company growth strategy and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services.
