We are seeking a results-driven Business and Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic plans in the UAE, focusing on security solutions including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in business and sales management in the electronic security industry.
• Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection.
• Proven track record across the full sales cycle: identify opportunities, proposals, negotiations, closing deals.
• Developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with executives, partners and customers.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI analytics is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
